Sub-title cult classic. This movie is the best international film that I ever seen. It has everything that I want in a movie. It’s a modern day horror movie with morals twisted in. Imagine you’re on an island with all of your friends, and the only way you can actually get off, is to kill off all your friends. Well, this movie does that. This movie will keep you watching till' the very end. Directed by the famous Kinji Fukasaku, this film captures the essence of youth today. The first time I watch this film, I was stunned because it was so gory. Seeing 9th graders killing each other made this film one hell of a ride. Also, this film isn’t an American big budget film. It’s a Japanese film that captures the j-pop culture they have. Looking at Asian school girls/boys using guns and fighting for their life is one of the best parts in the movie. The audience could at least relate to one of the characters in the movie. So gather all your friends and enjoy this movie at your next kickback. The only bad thing is, this is a hard movie to find. So keep your eyes open, this movie might past you by.
